Yes. New frame and stucco builds out past Signal Butte are where prewiring pays off most, since the walls are still open and we can run cable and set access point locations exactly where the automation plan needs them. That's a different job than the retrofit work we do constantly in Mesa's older neighborhoods, where cable has to be fished after the fact. Loop us in during framing, not after drywall.
It does. A speaker layout that covers a compact in-town Mesa yard will not carry evenly across a larger east-side lot, the distances and shapes are just different.
